Drivers Talent

I suggest that the drivers talent in the academy shouldnt be lower than the managers lvl. the third time in a row that i get t16 to t20 drivers as a almost lvl22 Manager. Improve that else its screwing up the competetivnes in leagues. some have t30 some t26 and lower... that doesnt make sense... also there could be more high end drivers on the TM
