Hello,
In a semi-recent adjustment to how drivers can be purchased, it was implemented that you cannot buy a driver outside of the transfer auctions that has not already been a member of your league.
In other words, unless drivers on your shortlist go onto the auctions in the tranfers tab, you won't be able to buy them.
This was added in order to prevent managers using technical scripts to scour the iGP universe to automatically find the best drivers that were available.
