I have a question: In the Level of Beginners and Pros, we can exceed (with suppliers) the limit of the level, but when I exceed it in Elite, it stay 200, not more. Is it a bug of displaying or it works on an another way in another levels?
Thanks for answering!

Hi Barna, it's as you say: you can effectively exceed the limit in Rookie and Pro tier thanks to suppliers, but it's currently not possible to exceed 200 pts in Élite tier

Hi Barna.
In elite The stats do not go past 200 even if a supplier providing a bonus is placed on top of a base stat of 200.
This is by design and not a bug.
Hope this is clear for you.

Thank you both two, I was interested in it, but then what would be there if we have reached the maximum in all the main things. Then what is the point in having suppliers, we get the disadvantage, but don't get the advantage?!

If you already have, say, 200 pts in acceleration (Elite tier), and still have a bonus of +10 there, you simply are wasting that bonus because you can't reach 210 pts. So it's worth changing suppliers in order to effectively have a bonus in another area (like handling, for example)

Three suppliers give bonus with no negative:
- Engine: Cosurworthit +5 Tyre Economy
- Fuel: Chavon + 2 Fuel Economy
- Tyres: Komehome +3 Tyre Economy
Currently there is little prospect of Maxing the big 4 plus TE and FE, even in a 22 race season.

But you can reach in more area, and we aren't still at level 30..., and I wouldn't like to develop cooling and reliability, fuel and tyre economy, then I think I have some problem with it...

At L30 your research will drop to 10%, even with 30dp from your design HQ I still think it is unlikely you will hit 200 in 6 attributes.
To get to 200 in the six main attributes will require a total of 1200 dp
In a 22 race season, assuming you have a 5 star CD with a strength in one of the big 4 and weakness of either Reliability or Cooling you will begin with a total of 286 in the six attributes (excluding Rel & Cool)
21 races at 30dp per race = 630, add your 286 starting design and your total design for the final race of the season is 916
That is 284 short of the points you need to max out 6 attributes, so you would need an average research yield of about 12dp per race to max everything and with 10% research this isn't going to happen.
Edit: Sorry, I just re-read your post and yes, if you don't want to develop TE or FE you will have a problem, but that is already the case now in a 22 race season.

Yes, and if we take a look if we have 30 level engine, then already at 170 DP in the area, will be less the advantage, and if we count with 6 main areas, than it's 180 points less, so 104 for 21 race, it's 5 per race what may already isn't impossible... and I think it's just not the best idea to decrease the research to 10%, I think it's one of the most important thing in the game, and this way it doesn't count really...

Maybe I'm misunderstanding because I'm not sure where you get the 30 for all 6 attributes (180 in total), the L30 engine can only have +30 in one attribute.
It's all drifted slightly off-topic, but seeing as the original question has been answered I suppose it doesn't really matter, so...
Even with L30 managers it will still be impossible to max all important attributes in a 15 race season. You are correct that you might get close in a 22 race season but personally I don't see a problem with this.
If you don't want to compete in a league where it's possible to maximise design then choose to compete in a league that runs a shorter season. This leaves the longer seasons for the many people who do like the challenge of competing with equal design.
Early season the balance is tipped in favour of the managers who are more skilled at tuning their design to the requirements of the circuits, later in the season, when all cars are getting towards maximum design, it will maybe favour those who excel in optimising strategies and race management.
Personally I don't agree that 10% research is a bad thing, if nothing else it will see a change to the tactic of points hoarding. With such low research there will be little to be gained for L30 managers to save points. It will be much more important to spend your design points wisely and tailor your chassis development to the calendar.
As with every update we've had over the years, it is going to be a case of adapting the way you manage your team to take advantage of the changes. Every update we've had over the years I've played this game has made almost no difference to the pecking order, the same guys/girls who were at the top of the game before the latest update will remain at the top.
