Is it possible to full screen IGP app for PC?

What is the device you use?

I had the same problem with an old tablet, but currently I have the Tab S6 Lite and it is Fullscreen.

Windows APP - new Hardware - fresh install.
My old desk was work in full screen!
there is noi setup possibility for to change the resolution.

Intel Core i7-13700KF
Gigabyte Z790 UD AX
32632 MB  (DDR5 SDRAM)
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti  (6 GB)
AOC U34G2G1  [34" LCD]

And I see block´s like on C-64 ?
