I often notice players deliberately under fueling their cars so they DNF before they even finish the first lap. What's up with that?

Hi,
They join QR to improve their driver’s experience. They just have to start a QR to collect experience, so they don’t care to retire.
That’s absurd, but unfortunately it’s not prohibited.

This has been mentioned before and nothings been done, if people join but retire after 1 litre of fuel they should be punished not rewarded, then it will make the races actually worth doing. Charge people cash to join and then return more for those finishing, if they don't they lose money plus a certain amount of experience points.
