Hello Emerson,
We have been tracking all reports received for over an hour. We have not yet been able to identify the cause of the incident but we are still working on it together with the company that manages our servers.
Unfortunately the rerun is not possible since it was the last race of the season and it is not possible to perform this operation and guarantee stability in the process at the same time.
We will inform you when we manage to solve the incidence. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
We have identified the issue, it's coming from our third-party server provider, unfortunately, which means it's out of our control.
They are currently performing maintenance on their back-end network infrastructure and we were told this would likely not impact anything, but clearly it has.
For now, I have diverted all traffic to a server not located within the impacted data center. This will not be global for the service until 21.30 GMT. Many races starting at 21.00 GMT would still be on the impacted data center.
