Use the iOS app

What happened instead?
Some weird background music keeps playing despite me having it turned off. Only on this app.

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?

iPad Pro 11 3rd Gen

What is the version number of the operating system?

Can the bug be reproduced?

Please stop it. It’s very irritating


I have same problem with iPad  Air 4th Gen with same version of iOS as OP.  I have turned off both music and sound effects but music is still there (it is not the usual iGP Manager music, but some annoying drum sequence ?)


Edit:  it’s disappeared now, but had it for past 4 days or so?

I also had this for a day or two, it overlapped over the main music for me (iOS as well)

It’s started again.  Horrible repetitive drum music even though I have music and sound settings on game turned off.  Only happens on this game and nothing else so it has to be an issue with the game?

I’ve forwarded all the info to developer team. To be honest this is a very strange issue, we’ll have a look but everything is more tricky when we can’t replicate in our devices the problem.

Could you record it, like a short video, and upload it? Would help to identify the sound. Especially the description of drum music makes it hard to get an idea, as I'm now wondering if it's actual drum music or maybe sounds like for button clicks and stuff played in a sequence that sounds like drum music and, if it's something like that or not, it matters if it's something from game or OS/device in any case.

The last few days I haven’t been getting this on my iPad, but it’s now on my iPhone account and I’m afraid it’s starting to feel like a game ending moment for me.  I cannot play the game while this is occurring.

That's a weird one, sounds a bit like something that might be used for an ad, but no idea from where and how that's now playing. Do you need sound? Because the only thing coming to mind for now is muting the device completely.

That’s what is weird about it.  Completely muting the device doesn’t stop it and it only play when this app is open.  It’s also intermittent and today has been free of it.  I don’t even recognise the tune it’s just repetitive drumming.
