Race in 3/4 live race and quick race before live race
What happened instead?
Cars moved around the track at 3 times speed, cars moving from one point on the track to a point 1/3 lap ahead. Freezing and slowing down. All within 3 laps of race. When the lap counter froze on lap 7 of 12 laps. Could not pit, boost didn't work. Someone said to clear cache, it was only 340mb.

It happened for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours. (8:00pm to 10:00pm EST)
Additional comments:
Even after the live race there was trouble navigating through the game, trying to train drivers, repairing car. You know general game usage.
Also bought 180 coin 2x, 1st was not added.
