You’ve Look like you have ‘copy and pasted’ directly into post rather than via the link tab so no one can view your links. However bmi is trainable and level goes up with training whereas talent doesn’t change so I would always go for the higher Talent driver.
Usually I'd also go for talent. However those two are both a bit low on that for your given level, also with the recent update a bit unfavourably trained. So I'd only consider both for very short term needs at most so trainability takes a back seat. But even though the higher talent is lower on driving stats he should've got a few skill ups remaining until going into training soft lock due to higher level and thus able to add a bit Stamina short term, so still my choice out of those two.
