However bmi is trainable and level goes up with training whereas talent doesn’t change so I would always go for the higher Talent driver.

However those two are both a bit low on that for your given level, also with the recent update a bit unfavourably trained. So I'd only consider both for very short term needs at most so trainability takes a back seat. But even though the higher talent is lower on driving stats he should've got a few skill ups remaining until going into training soft lock due to higher level and thus able to add a bit Stamina short term, so still my choice out of those two.
