Why my design data says that my next models will be avaiable in two months? (After finishing the season)???

Once your design level starts getting higher you need to add a larger amount of designers to get the next model sooner

New version is not far off the same. There is a few parts I think you don't really need to work on they are optional

Fuel & Tyre economy if left alone you would get the performance of the suppliers you signed in my opinion.

Handling = Underbody
Relialibity = Internals
Cooling = Sidepods
Accleation = Chassis
Braking = Suspnsion
Downforce = F/R Wings

If you are in everyday league, you should have 2 teams and have 100% every other season.

I think I recall Jack wrote in the blog posts tyre economy and fuel economy will be important too. It'd allow managers who develop these economy aspects to run far fewer stops than everybody else, providing a good advantage up against other managers in comparison. If wet tyres last as long as they do here in the new iGP, managers with these two attributes developed greatly could likely see an easy win on wet tracks.

Does a 100% performance on each part really means that you're unstoppable?

No, how good your driver is also important, as well as your live management skill.
