I've seen a solution to this somewhere in the forum but now I want to use it can I find it... ????

Conversion from dry to wet:
Spring -25
Tyre -25
Gear -25
Rear +25
Front +25
Ride +25
Brake -12 or -13 (-12.5)

For conversion to heavy rain, the 25 becomes 35 and brake is -17 or -18
