Driver put up for sale never seems to go to auction

What did you try to do?
Try to put this driver for sale 3 times. Expecting the driver to go into auction sometime atleast

Don’t know if this is a common thing. But this is the first time I have seen a driver I put for sale never go into auction. I kept the game open for the whole 3 hours to monitor, on the latest attempt.

Additional comments:

I had exactly the same happen to me a few weeks ago. IIRC it was the fifth or sixth time before he was listed on the market place. I'm afraid it's all a bit random, you either persevere or give up and use "sell now".

If you put him/her up for auction and then advertise on the forum people will be able to use "buy now".

Thanks for the insight Kevin. I usually quick sold few of my previous drivers, but for this one, I don’t intend to lose out on 50% of the fee. Fortunately I have a bit of in game cash that I can afford to burn paying his wages for the moment.
Maybe there should be a rework for the transfers listing model, where one the driver continues to be on the market without a time limit (which is currently 3 hours), unless someone buys them or the manager decides to pull them off the listings.
Right now its a bit annoying that we should come back in every 3 hours to put them back on sale, only for them to again not get listed in the transfers.
