Driver went to auction even after Buy Now

What did you try to do?
Tried to buy this driver https://igpmanager.com/app/d=driver&id=12422186 using Buy Now for 9 tokens option that was available.

What happened instead?
Lost 9 tokens but driver wasn’t bought. Driver few seconds later went to auction. I won the auction though at 1 token.
So in total spent 10 tokens.
