Chief Designer stuck in negotiations with inactive manager

Hello, i´m following Tuomo Virtanen who is waiting confirmation from Maling Kutang Team. Whos manager is faishal sandy that has been inactive for almost 3 years.

Can you explain me what is happening here?

There was a point in time when there wasn't a deadline to negotiations for contracts. This is no longer the case.
Those old contracts that were waiting for confirmations were left out of whatever programming took place to have deadlines on contract negotiations. (it would be fruitless and time consuming to include those I believe)

You will simply have to find another staff member. Fortunately if beta testing is anything to follow, in the new iGP contract negotiations and deadlines are a thing of the past.

Not the answer i was hoping to read but reality is not always as we want it.
