Why deduct 40 token?

Hi, 

As painful this discussion is about the necessity to deduct any token at all or not.. 
You took 40 tokens of my account for the engines. Pleass check this and explain why you deducted the 20 2 times??

They took 40 points from my account too and just shut my thread down... They dont care

Good day.  Please explain the lawlessness that is happening ... First, without presenting evidence, 20 tokens were withdrawn from my account, on which engines are produced, due to an alleged "error" (by the way, I don’t remember that coins were added to me at that time ...).  Okay, let's say so. But now I'm logged into my second account, which DOES NOT BUILD its motors and what do I see ??  Yes, exactly the same message about writing off 20 tokens!  What's up with the robbery???  ??The main thing is why are tokens withdrawn even from the account that does not produce engines?

these developers / owners are a bunch of idiots….very good reason to throw in the towel and wish them all of the best with screwing people over

Today I've been deducted 20 tokens because "10 tokens were awarded instead of charged when becoming an engine manufacturer" but the thing is I've never been a manufacturer. I hope this issue is fixed soon

I ve seen that they have “solved” the thing, but i remember paying the 10 tokens when i bought the engine manufacturer option, now they take me 20 tokens TWICE. So i had 47 now 7, thanks igp, “fairness”

I'll recreate this support request as my last one just got shut down without any solution. You've pulled 40 tokens from my account instead of 20. Please correct this because I don't want to be one of the few to pay 30 tokens for engine manufacturing.

Got deducted 40 tokens while I didn't even receive more tokens while buying the engine. 
Previously I even made a post when I made the engine. I said that I paid without getting the engine, then my tokens got refunded so I could buy it again (if I recall correctly). Then I didn't even get rewarded tokens. 
So in short, I got deducted 40 tokens while I didn't even receive 10/20. Can someone please look at my post/transaction history again? Thanks

I believe the same thing happened to me.. Now I’m left with 0 tokens because I didn’t even have 40 for them to take and a few million in debt. Thanks iGP.

The devs don't seem to respond to any of these reports. Shutting these threads down seem to be the only course of action taken for cases where they've deducted 40 tokens from managers thus far.

Is here anybody who could help with this issue? I want the 20 token back you deducted too much. 

I sort of get waiting for the survey results for the tokens they gave in error. But for the significant number who had double(-40) taken or like me had tokens taken and am not an engine manufacturer, please just fix it. A bit more recognition of the upset caused would also go a long way

I'm hopeful this will be resolved to all of our satisfaction.

Jacks post doesn't address the -40 double deduction issue that's being reported by multiple managers. However that poll turns out the -40 is still wrong and should be given back. It's not the players fault that the devs made a mistake with their update months ago, and then another mistake by deducting too much tokens from their players. To me it's unbelievable that this have been brought to light at all as simply updating their code would've kept their community steady. If anyone think these kind of things will make people start buying more token packs they're wrong. There's just a lot of pissed off players at the end of the day.
