I want to fully understand this update. Among other things because these things are worth gold and gold is my real money. Therefore, it could be said that I have the full right to understand it.

With that said, can you tell me if these theories are true?
Based on the fact that talent DOES influence the performance of the pilot.

-Case A. Two drivers bought on the transfer market of the same level, one with talent 20 and the other with talent 22...The one with 22 will be faster, right?

-Case B. If we have that pilot bought in the talent 22 transfer market at the same level as an academy pilot also with talent 22. Is the academy pilot faster because he is from the academy?

Talent is a major factor but you shouldn't underestimate the value of other attributes such as Stamina and BMI. So in your scenario A, there is no yes/no answer, the drivers may have the same level but it depends on the balance of attributes as to which is faster, it's not only talent.

Also be aware that a T20 with a special skill may actually perform better than a T22 without.

As for academy sourced drivers, they are no faster than those available in the market, but their wages will be lower.
