Why not lose the cap on experience? It isn't realistic for starters. Removing it offers a reason to hold on to one driver and choose to pay the enormous salary or sell instead for huge amounts, hopefully adding to a healthy game economy. It will also satisfy us ranking junkies. Thank you for listening.
