Weather bug and advanced strategy ignored !

Hi, I just experienced a bug with the weather in our league. It rained during the last 2 hours in Belgium and as soon as qualifying started, pre-race weather said cloudy, it said the same 5m before the race (quali finished) and when the race started. I had the very bad surprise to see I was the only one on inters among cars with setups. This is the first time since I started the game that the advanced strategy (with wet full tyres) was completely ignored.

PS : I forgot to say : the in-game weather was "100% wet, rain" when the race started.

it happens, is not the first time i see it. 
i was watching the weather too (same race with Joey), i saw the weather cheng to Cloudy and i tried to change to Inters but, was just locked, so i started on W just because of luck.

during the race, when the rain stoped, i pit for inters, i had unchecked the Follow advances strategy, and it says Inters and i left the pits on M and it's not the first time, you have seen that on me a few races ago this season, right Joey?) for me, sometines the strategy window during the race, does not save my changes (one lap before pit was requested i selected I). this is painful.

I think the first issue, with seeing it turning dry before the race, but still wet in race is because there is something like a 15 minute delay between the live weather and the weather in the game IIRC.

The issue with the wrong tyres been fitted I have no idea, I always put it down to people not unticking the "follow weather strategy" in the live race, but I think its safe to say thats not the case here.
