Hello.

Can you advise why I can't watch the race in 3D? It works on my phone but not on my PC. It used to work.

To make life easier for the dev and support team they will need more information about the PC. What Operating System, Processor, RAM etc.
What error messages do you get?

Hi, thanks for the reply. Operating system: Windows 10 Pro, Processor: Intel Core i3-3110 CPU 2.40 GHz, RAM: 4 GB
It reports:Failed to initialize player
Failed to load PlayerSettings (internal infex #0 )Most likely data file is corrupted, or built with mismatching editor and platform support versions

Hey Tonda,

Have you tried to uninstall and delete all the files related to the launcher and reinstall it again?

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling everything. Whenever I want to open a plant in 3D, it always reinstalls the application even if it is already installed. I only get a picture of the track, but it doesn't load..
