Scaling of rewards for QR

I have seen both first and second and third get the same rewards (220k and 10xp)
In my opinion it would be better to give a higher reward for the first and and less for the other 2.
For example:
FIRST= 300k and 15xp
SECOND= 200k and 10xp
THIRD= 100k and 5xp
It would increase activity during QR without making people leave race management to the bot when they are confident of finishing top three. So the Quick Races will be more exciting and active.
