Pilot level 7

Hello I have a question, because my opponent has a level 7 pilot, how is possible this if I get my pilot at the same time as him, and my pilot is on level 5 ?, we are in rookie league, any tricks?

Training after every race will increase their level. You yourself could be level 5 and you can train the driver all the way up to level 19 if you like.

Yes, I did it after every race, but it's some weird.

It depends on what you make the driver train. If you're training one area exclusively before any others, the levelling is probably slower. 

Younger drivers I think level up faster than older ones. Talent and Experience might have something to do with it too.
I have never really paid to much attention to it as training the driver up to level 13 here was always the norm speed, attack, defense & physical makes it sound like a footy manager :D

my driver is 19yo ...

11 races and it looks like you have trained nothing but physical :| get the attacking started :)
Their driver higher rating because they have more mental and technical training than your driver
