Number of designers?

I see that if I use more designers on a particular part, it gets created faster.  But if I use more designers than needed to get the project done, does that increase the level of that part?

My example would be this - my rear wing is current model 3B, I put 6 designers on it - it will be ready tomorrow.  But if I put 12 designers on it. Will it be ready tomorrow at a higher performance level?

i don't think so Nick. It's a good idea but it doesn't work like this. 
assign enough designers to get the part ready for tomorrow, 12 won't get you higher performance than 6 in this case ;)

How do you get designers?

Go to the staff page Issa you will see it under chief designer minimum you want i think is 60
