I've been replying to this issue on Twitter just now. It looks like it was one bad weather sync (didn't receive data from the weather stations, or it could be something else). If it persists in ~ 30 minutes then it is a bigger problem, but I suspect it will resolve as the next weather sync comes in.

Temperature went up from 10 to 28C during the race I just finished so seems to be working again.
