Either a building or staff member which after each session can send a report to the youself regarding the targets car and maybe their research maybe as a simple message like the way current research is shown to the player or with its own seperate tab. Car stats being displayed as say between 120-128. The accuracy of this varies depending on building/staff members star rating so maybe 120-128 is 5star then this doubles at 3 star and again at 1 star or just each star expands the potential range (the 120-128 from earlier) by like 5. Just adds a something new. New players can use it to study what certain people are doing right vs them while top people can use it to compare against championship rivals or bounce between different top 10 finishers each race to just see each race how they compare.
Realistially it doesnt change the core manging or racing of the game but its another layer to get involved in and seems fun. Whether thats implimentable based on the games systems I have no idea
