You really need a mail sent to you when someone applys to use your engine, kinda silly it doesn't and you have to actively go check yourself.

Hey Dario,

Maybe a red alert on the side panel would be a good choice, otherwise it could become annoying to get a dozen of push notifications or in-game mail.

All you do to counter this is once you have allocated all your engine just disable the apply button so you can't send a mail.
