Loosing Reputation

Hi,

Inspite winning the race consecutively m loosing my reputation, pls suggest the reason and how i can save it...

You gain reputation if you're finishing in front of managers with a reasonably equal ranking or better ranking. The higher the managers are you are beating, the more reputation gain it will give.

In your case you seem to be (one of) the highest ranking managers in the Pro tier of the league you are in. That situation has the disadvantage for you of loosing reputation. You more or less have the upper hand and that's not rewarded.  Likely lower ranked managers close to you are gaining reputation.

The amount of teams finishing a race is also important for the overall reputation.
For example there were 4 teams which finished your last race leading to a loss of reputation :
-1 -1 +6 -9 = -5

yaa it seems so, so that means i need to change the leauge to improve my reputation.....

Joey i think you are talking bout the leauge reputation...... m i correct
