Random academy nationalities

Hi everyone.

Just an idea: How about randomising the nationalities in the Youth Academy and Office & Hospitality buildings?
For example: 3 fixed nationality, 2 randomised. (For me: 3 Hungarian, 2 random)
I think it would make the game more realistic.
