Got disqualified after starting with inters and switched to mediums

What did you try to do?
Last race (Russia), it was mixed weather (wet qualy, dry race). Then i and some of the drivers started the race on inters, and another on dry tyres. I pitted together with a fellow racer at the end of the first lap. He choose hard, and i choose medium. I went to 3 medium stints, and he went for 2 hard stints. Then i got DSQed at the start of the last lap. But he went through and didnt get DSQed.



What happened instead?
Got DSQed after starting on inters then switched to mediums. Another racer didnt get DSQed after he was also started on inters then switched to hards.

I dont think so, it happened on the league race

Additional comments:
I would like to have some explanation about the problem. Is it a bug? or simply my mistake? If it was my mistake, then why another driver that followed the same strat didnt get DSQed?

the water level is at 0mm.. i got stopped at the start of the last lap.. and my competitor continued until the flag fell. Just want to clarify the game rule. And if you said that it was a bug, then i will be happy to wait for the resolve. Anyway, the race result didnt matter too much for me as it was already happened. Thanks for the help and i'll wait for the update.
