The current API isn't so great and that's just saying it nicely.

If forecasting is part of the game, then I think we should have the proper tools to be able to do this.

Currently the weather API should be Openweather, and I used 'should' because there have been numerous instances where I'm certain the weather in game wasn't even close to Openweather.

Like many managers, I have a huge screen of the weather that refreshes per minute right in front of me when playing and what I've noticed so far has just been mind blowing.

Is there a way to sync the game and weather provider to provide accurate information as there must be a major desync somewhere.

This is a legit concern and I would list so many reasons why as well as examples but I don't think this thread will have enough space. Maybe some with interesting stories can comment.

Anyway please look into it 🙏.

Jumping on Archie's post about weather. There has been numerous times I've noticed within the race or even right at qualifying you will see Jumps of 3/4/5'c. Example it shows Mexico say 27'c during the race and all of a sudden it jumps to 23'c. Now in 100% NRF races this will negative outcomes but jumps of temperature like this just doesn't happen.

Another thought maybe we should have a weather forecast centre in the Headquarters which allows us to see upcoming weather conditions to a % degree of accuracy. So level 30 is 90% accurate to Level 1 of say 10%. Numbers are just random as its more for the idea.

Hey managers,

We've built a new internal tool (thanks Jack!) in order to track the situation and learn more about it. It would be very helpful if you keep sharing your feedback and any anomalies that you find. As more detailed the feedback as better. Thank you very much for your cooperation!

Temperature is back to correct values, it looks like it was a mistake caused by the api of our weather provider.
