Finances, Headquarters and Car Development

Finances: The finances have changed a lot in the new update. Currently, I am spending $1.87m dollars in Driver/Staff contracts alone, while I have chosen 5 Tokens ($5m if i convert) and $1.7m as my main sponsorship deals, I do however fear that i could begin to lose money, especially as I need to pay for new facilities to be built in the Headquarters among other things. (I have plenty of money in the kitty so I won't have much of a problem for now, but it seems that I am spending too much with not the best income)

Headquarters: Furthermore with the facilities, I am going to have to wait for a very long time before I can get much progress without spending real money for tokens to build the facilities faster. I know this game is a journey, and not a 'win from the start' game, it just seems a little tedious. (I have no idea if I would be able to keep up with repairing my car because of the slow intake of parts)

Car Development: It seems that I can't upgrade my car. For some reason it just shows NaN, and when I try to change the values when I click the plus button, it changes to {{acceleration}} for acceleration and {{fuel_economy}} for fuel economy and so on, without reducing the points that I have.

P.S. I played the beta for 2-3 weeks when it was launched, so I am not too familiar with what had changed since then, so if you could please respond with solutions that would be perfect.

As for car development I do have some concerns. In my main team I had a level cap of 23 for the car design and assuming it might involve the talent attribute of the CD, I hired one with a higher talent level. Still lvl23 so no result.

After that I checked one of my junior teams which is existing for way shorter and it has a level cap for car design of 27. I noticed the CD has a red 5 star rating so that must be it to look out for.

Sadly, there are no high leveled CD to be found on the market so there's not much possibilities to do so or does this have to do with the facilities? If not then there's a but challenge to get a proper car design going.

Just trying to figure things out as there's just 3 races to go for my season and I'm in the leading position.

My Monaco Yacht Club team has a design level cap of 76. In practice so far I'm 0.29s faster on Softs than other teams on SuperSofts.

Now I am getting really confused as I see my CD in my main team has a rating of 15 which aparently results in a level cap of 23 while another junior team has a CD with a rating of 9 and a level cap of 27.

How is this level cap determined because it's very very confusing.

Ok... so basically this can screw a potential championship if my competitors have a higher level cap for car design while being at the same kind of manager rating ...
