Due to being on holiday during the changeover I left the league I was in so that I could join a league on my return with a 100% designed car. I'm still on holiday but having logged into my Eagles Racing account to find I have just 29 design points. My second account which only had around a 50% designed car had about 164 design points.

Please can someone explain this and is their no longer the design for next year option?

Design is scaled when you leave a league and join a new one, in both the old and new game. E.g. if your old league is at race 16 and you move to a league on race 8 it gets halved to 50% of its previous level.
