So I am level 17 with a 5 star TD and a 5 star CD that i just got from the transfers page. However, I cannot find where to find a new doctor, and really don't want to be stuck with a 0 star doctor. Any help?

It's on the transfers page, staff tab, but sometimes there can be no staff of a certain type in the list. It's one of the improvements we need to make to transfers, there are a couple.
Another which is in development is to show which drivers/staff you have bid on more clearly and keep them there when you return.
