What did you try to do?
Half of our league had trouble signing in to the race on Friday. Seems it happened during the first half of the race.

What happened instead?
Reset app and phone

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?
Both

Did the bug happen in the app, on PC, or both?
App

What is the model of your device?
iPhone

What is the operating system?
iOS

What is the version number of the operating system?
Latest

Can the bug be reproduced?
I wouldn’t know until Mondays race if it is a persistent glitch or a one time thing.

Additional comments:
If possible we all would like to rerun the race. Some were not able to complete their car setup or even log in to the race to make strategy changes mid race. Thank you!

Hello Patrick,

Sorry for the issues your league has suffered with spectating your race.

Just to confirm, is the race reported in this thread the same race as your reporting in here, or has the issue reoccured?

Hi!

Thanks for the reply. I applied for a rerun. I wasn’t able to log in to todays race but no problems were reported today. Only for Fridays race. The track would not load past 20% for majority of members. I was unable to log in until half way through the race.
