What did you try to do?
I tried to purchase 10 car parts using 10 tokens.
What happened instead?
The tokens were taken but the parts did not arrive

I can't seem to reply. My account is only showing 26 parts, not 33.

Hello,
Are you sure it was definitely parts that you bought?
In the past, there has been numerous people who think they've bought parts, but it has in fact been engines.
If you're sure you pressed parts, I can get the support team to have a look, but unfortunately there's no guarantee that it'll be sorted before FZO this evening.

You bought parts and these were awarded. Before buying the parts you had 23 stored and now you’ve 33 according to logs.

Hey Connor,
I'm 95% sure it was parts. I made a 10 engine purchase yesterday, so I know I can't get that deal again today. Also, my engine count remains the same.
