Hi. I don't know if I'm the only one to have had this happen, but in the race today my fuel calculator told me that on my next stop my driver would have fuel for 10 laps (this is the last stint) but after the pitstop my driver only had 7 or 8 laps of fuel. I then went back to the strategy tab in the raceviewer and noticed that it once again said 10 laps of fuel. I then changed the amount of fuel by 1 litre and it changed from 10 laps to 7.

If this turns out to be a bug in the game I would very much like to have it be fixed.

You are correct, I discovered this as well last race. Best thing to do, is just calculate what the car info screen tells you. So if there's 2.5L a lap, and I need to go 8 laps, times 8 and 2.5, and you'll get 20L. Best thing to do for now.

Pre-race fuel prediction is wrong but in-race prediction fuel (after 2 laps) works fine.

He means in race fuel. When your in the pit-stop tab, it reads wrong. Once you change litres, it changes to a good number. I think it's based on what the game is telling you. If one lap, I use 2.2L, it'll say 8 laps is 17L, but in reality, I needed 20, but if the calc fixes itself with the averages, if I change it up or down a litre, it'll then say "oh wait, no, it's actually that's 7 laps." so you have to change it again.

The pre-race fuel is way off in some cases, but there is an update coming which will return fuel usage data and tyre wear data with practice laps.

You'll hear me saying this a lot at the moment, but "one thing at a time" is our motto for now. Balancing remains the top priority short-term along with any migration issues. Then we'll be able to re-focus our efforts on gameplay and features.
