Hi i ll give u an example.
We are 3 friends playing on the same league.
A player is level 10
B player is level 13
C player is level 16
We start now and our first race is Australian IGP.
Team conditions :
1) Design Team A,B,C= new start all have 1 point but cooling have points
2) Driver Skill A,B,C = all capped = A=10, B=13, C=16
3) Office level A,B,C = all capped ...
4) Research A,B,C = all capped ...
We start the race all using the same strategy and did a perfect race.
who is going to win? what would be the difference in lap time? etc...
I am not good on those complicated maths and sorry for my english also.
So l ll make it simple lets say that have set the
a) Level 20 perfect car - driver - technical director - etc and the lap time would be = 100 sec.
b) Level 1 of all the above will do 107% of lap time = 107 sec or lets say that from level 8 and up will be able to do so (not sure how u thought about it and have Rookie Pro and Elite.)
so if is like this our A ,B ,C team will do :
A= (7sec - ( A level / 20*7sec)) + 100 = 103.50 sec per lap
B= (7sec - ( B level / 20*7sec)) + 100 = 102.45 sec per lap
C= (7sec - ( C level / 20*7sec)) + 100 = 101.40 sec per lap.
so how will lower that difference so we they can be more competitive?
In my opinion drivers cap and headquarters levels (that was given for free and thank you.) didn't help for Competitiveness. That was all with out saying about design progress and level cap for chief designer.

Maybe those i am writing a simple and stupid but i hope to get some ideas from them, is something that happens to me a lot with people that saying things out of space but i couldn't think about them and making some more realistic based on the fantastic things;)
