Hi! I have a problem: I have to wait like 10 minutes for every single video opened the game, switwhed on the phone, so if the driver training is like I need 5% extra heal or I'll waste that 5+%, and this is for all my accounts (3, international, single and double car), it'll take half an hour to get it...
I don't if it's a new update or what, but I think it's unreal and should be fixed

Thanks for reaching out for your issue. What do you mean by “I have to wait”? Have to wait to redeem the reward after watching the video to having to wait for the watch ad button to appear?

Thanks for your reply. Not much we can do about it, ads are served by our ads provider depending if the advertisers are interested in the anonymous profile you’ve. You can reset your profile by reinstalling the app.
