Multi accounts

Game needs to sort out the ever increasing multi account users that are killing leagues 3/4+ accounts join league just cheat and as always there is never any proof as most hosts rightly so want proof that game dose not provide ...3 leagues iv been in where multi accounts join cheat  then slowly everyone leaves untill league's nearly dead then move and suck the life out of another league its getting ridiculous now 

Why don't you contact the support team to investigate? There always the case people want to play together with friends/family.
These situation require manual inspection, you can't start banning people just because they have the same ip address.

As for leagues dying, it could be their natural course, hosts have a hard time keeping a league active. People may be leaving because they are tired of drivers without setups or because they want to try something new.
I am still of the opinion that there is an urgent need to revise the league system.

What stops you for having multiple acconuts ? 

League Managers usually have multiple accounts to fill tiers in order for players to progress quickly.
Even for cases where someone plays with two accounts, it might be easier for him than playing the league with two cars.

As Astro said, leagu system needs quick revision. We have too many leagues, but only few of them have tiers with 80% drivers in them.

The league that I run has a rule that you are only allowed 1 account per tier.  This rule is difficult to enforce, though.  It is difficult to enforce, because: -

1) It depend on player honesty and integrity to remove their own other accounts.
2) It depends on other players reporting things to me.  This can lead to gamesmanship and sabotaging of other players.
3) It can be nigh on impossible to prove a breaking of the rule.  Especially, now, with the upward thrust in the use of VPN's by many, many people.

Considering piont 3, I would have to say that it would be good to have such a selectable, but, it would be close to impossible to impliment it online.

as you said with the no setup. They get hit with transmission/suspension failures bc they don’t repair their car or do setup.
