Which is better? Cats or Dogs?

An ongoing debate in my server and we need an answer. 

Dogs are clear. fLynn and emiL are wrong.

Their should be a 3rd option which says “neither”

How have you got half the iGP staff+volunteers into a pointless forum debate ?

Plus side for Dogs: they can ward off trespassers/burglars etc.. they can fetch stuff.
Downside: drooling, smelling like an old carpet when wet, constant whining/barking. 

Downside for cats: can't really ward of anything other than mice and other cats on occasion, random biting and clawing bare legs.
Plus side: furry vibrating cuddles, can let them out and they can come back days later, don't ideally need to be put down for attacking or killing children (very very rare). 

Conclusion: windmills.

If properly taken care of Dogs will never smell like a old carpet lol

Once they smell like old carpet, they always smell like old carpet. However, if they are heavily shampooed then this is a different matter.

Then they smell like heavily shampooed old carpet. 



I'm lucky if i can reach my knees these days.
