I don't know if this idea had already been mentioned, but yes, I think we can discuss it again:
Object: review the manufacturing's purpose
Why: the factory quickly becomes useless when upgraded to level 7. You never run out of parts, Currently I upgraded to level 10 and have more than 200/400 parts in store... and never get over 25 parts in a race day (league and public races)
Idea: decompose car parts into ¹wings ²supensions ³chassis or body parts maybe the ⁴transmission
In general, after each race, leave it up to the manager to repair the parts according to the next league race.
How to determine the wear of each part:
¹ wings: depending on the bumpiness of each circuit, the length of the DRS for rear wing wear.
² suspensions: number of corners, and bumpiness of each circuit
³ chassis: depending on the number of overtakes, or close battles
⁴ transmission: depending on which circuits require more acceleration out of corners than others
