Unless you have enough extra accounts to meet the required number of teams for promotion to be active, no.

Hello.  I have several accounts.  I can help with promotion, but why don't you find an active league and enjoy the game?

The short answer is, "No, it is not possible to manually promote a team".

Introducing bot accounts to the league to trigger automatic promotion is an option, but the question for me at the moment is... Are Bot accounts permitted?

The recent announcement, Important notice regarding leagues and players farming tokens, cash, reputation and/or experience doesn't appear to cater for bot accounts which, by their very nature just sit in a league, not being set up, harvesting tokens, game cash, parts, engines and XP.

It’s one way of forcing leagues to merge I suppose ?‍♂️

I have tried buddy, but can't fight with existing managers or higher ones ??, this is my honest review

What do you mean you can't fight with existing managers? Manually moving managers at times would have been great but no can't be done even by request.
