Drivers stas lowered on reserved

I have 3 drivers as i got one new to test him. i left my old driver on reserved to test the new one for one race
and his stats but talent dropped by 1 point.

here is my drivers
a) the new :

a) a lvl 14 driver with skills 17-18, on a lvl12 manager ? Didn't he get is skills reduced on relaunch ?

I think Jack allready mentioned that drivers that are on reserve get attropy.
However, if he dropped from 12 to 11 it does not mean he lost a full level. I could have dropped from 12.0 to 11.9 (or 11.99?)

The reserved driver was trained and was only for 1 race the other driver with higher stats i got him from market few days ago i saw him as 12 level now its turns to be 14 (didn't notice before you posted).

I have sold the Driver that i appear to be 14 after he raced but imagine how long gonna take to max again my other driver skills ;)
