Hi I have again installed and started to play this game now which I have deleted due to some work issues some 6 months ago and now I have started again to play by creating new account but while I have opened the game the same old account is been coming which has -17.6 million debts so I need to delete this current account and need to start new account please delete this account.

Hello,

Please read this thread where a similar request was made regarding deleting an account which is in debt.

The thread contains information on how to recover from debt, rather than deleting your account, however if you still want your account deleting, instructions to do so are also in that thread. 

NOTE: Deleting an account is permanent and cannot be undone.
