I believe igp manager needs to develop new methodologies to attract more people to try the game.

1) The first thing could be to give for example 3 tokens for each person you invite and joins igp. I know that this is not currently possible because it is possible to have more than one account and many would take advantage of it, but it is something that all the best games have, all of them! The thing to do could be to "queue the 3 tokens" by first checking that the 2 accounts are not of the same person (e.g. with the IP). Another way could be to take advantage of the telephone number. In short... somehow it can be done.
2) Another thing could be to remind the user to invite friends or make the "invite" option more visible
3) iGP should make better use of social media to attract more people and generate more activity

These are small things that won't revolutionize the game but in the long run it will benefit them.

I like the numerous ideas of how to make it work, but for those that are looking for an edge and don't seem to mind TOS whatsoever, I can think of ways to abuse this feature for all of them. Perhaps it could be done as long as it doesn't break the economy which is possible, but it would more likely be abused.

I agree on there is no enough people joining iGP, but I think it's not about invinting friends, the main problem is that the system of the game doesn't really help the people just started the game, it's impossoble to develop you HQs as fast as your level grows, which is a disadvantage, you get a crazy disadvantage when joining a league, so there is like 2 days in a month when your friend can join your league, but they will still have to promote to pro and then elite, but you're just crazily far from the top teams, so you still can't fight your friend and so there's a minimal amount of invitations successful on long term...

Jack has confirmed Marketing for the game has halted until the race simulator comes out of it's ~Beta phase.

Once they actually have wheel to wheel racing sorted, and the new cars are ready, then they'll likely begin marketing the game. The game isn't in a good position at this time to attract new AND LASTING players.
