Update Transfer for Staff

Hi,
I am trying to get some good staff since I leveled up but not able to find any on the transfer market. I am seeing same 2 CDs (only considering 4.5 or 5*) for the last 8 hours. If a CD doesn't sell, they should rotate them out at some point. 
Low level accounts who are progressing cannot spend tokens on staff academy. 

Yes the lack of rotation recently has been very noticeable.  No doubt they are wanting people to buy and then spent further tokens to change attributes.  This is leading to less purchases via the transfer market since it makes more sense to recruit via HQ.

Yeah but the initial account level increases quickly while headquarters development takes time. Unfortunately my account is underdeveloped and trying to catch up now. But transfer market is not helpful at all

I understand. Recruiting through headquarters is more cost effective for staff at higher levels, but not so good for low or mid tiers.  The transfer market constantly brings up same staff which makes me wonder how mny are using it now?  It probably needs a revamp

I’ve been monitoring the market for about 3 weeks now.  Only ever brings up 2 4.5* CD’s (often the same ones) and their strength weaknesses are always unattractive e.g Tyre Economy/Braking or Cooling/Acceleration.  This means you in theory would have to spend tokens to change attributes for an old CD which won’t last long, either through account levelling up or retirement making very unattractive to purchase.  The alternative is recruiting via the HQ which was cost effective before the level expansion for a lot of players, but now is expensive for a short term purchase especially when the same issues exist with the attributes as I’ve noticed they are increasingly poor combinations.  Not only that but now the levels which are available are often ridiculous.  For me my choice as a lvl 27 currently is a lvl 18 or a lvl 13 CD and this is often representative of what I am seeing.  This idea was a good introduction to the game, but something is wrong with its implementation or its been changed to make it unattractive?

The net result is I can’t purchase via the market or recruit via HQ which makes me increasingly uncompetitive in my league which inevitably leads to the question is it worth continuing.  Maybe the game has run its course?

It's quite tough for newbies, you can't buy from HQ as you level fast ish, you can't buy from market because wages are too expensive. Trying to get cash and not loose it each race is a mission. My advise do not buy a DR you don't need one until your level 20. Most if not all rookie and pro leagues are inactive like min., it's full but inactive so all I hired was a driver and TD to keep the cash flow being positive after each race. Once your higher level cash is a useless item as you'll have 100's of millions like my main account. Save up those tokens for when / if you get to level 20+ to buy the staff from HQ. It's designed badly but this way is probably the best you can do. Do not buy a CD and waste tokens on changing the attributes as it's pointless.
