Engine applicant notification

I suggest adding the (!) Icon on the Car - Manufacturing tab if there is a new engine applicant. I believe there's currently no way to realize there's a new application unless you go check that engine supply screen.

This is 100% needed and I did ask the second the engines were introduced but the Devs shot me down telling me it will annoy people with notifications ??

I guess they thought you meant a push notification.... That could be annoying, but an icon notification is totally necessary.

I asked for a mail when someone applies which is totally reasonable. But yeah an icon would also be perfect as we have those already for various things
