Did not get promoted

I am currently in a league and participated in all of the races in which I ended up as the rookie league champion. My problem is that at the end of the season I was not promoted to pro even though I ended up first and only 3 people promoted in the league even though 4 (the 3 people and me) were supposed to be promoted to pro. I would really appreciate this problem being solved asap as I really want to be in the competition before the league starts. Thanks.

This happens from time to time where just the champion is left behind, it's a bit odd. When a staff member gets the chance they'll fix it for you. Hopefully it'll be patched all together sometime soon, but give it some time! :)
