I hope this message finds you well. My in-game username is Melvin van den Hurk my team is Redbull Racing, and I recently made a purchase of 6 euros in IGP Manager. The purchase was for 2x XP for 20 races, but unfortunately, I have not received the XP as expected. This is the second time I bought the 2x XP for 20 races, but the first time it didn’t went wrong.
I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue and ensuring that I receive the XP I purchased. Please look into the matter and credit the XP to my account at your earliest convenience.
