Building accessible during expansion

It would be nice if you could access the building during an expansion, e.g. the YDA. Once you started to expand it, it isn't accessible until the expansion is finished. Therefore you can't scout or hire YD during that time :(

I almost think that is kinda the point. 1) make sure you are absolutely sure you want to upgrade and 2) while upgrading making sure nothing bugs out while the update is going on to the facility

can we cancel an upgrade to start upgrading another different? i think we can't at the moment.
