Advanced strategy

The conditions to set for wet tyre starts at 1mm. I messed up my race because it was 0.9 so I suggest we add the ability to set these in increments 0.1- 0.2 for example.

Wet tyres are not 0.9mm

Inters are 0.1mm
Wets are 3mm

Yeah sorry I meant wet weather tyres in general not specifically the wet compound. wet tyre is at 3.2+ mm now I believe.

This has been suggested before and has been shot down as iGP has always been promoting a more online playstyle. These kind of changes benefit AFK players more, and devalues the time people take to go onto races online. Also the advanced settings will force ur car to pit at the first sight of rain if set to 'Change to inters when rain is greater than 0mm' lol idk what ur waffling abt

Not sure you read the post correctly. Firstly, the original assumption made is wrong as setting the trigger for 0 mm means that it activates in theory at 0.1mm.  Secondly, Advanced Strategy is pretty much busted if you are offline and it is random in its application.  You should join an offline league and see how managers with identical strategies and identical instructions in AS get different results.  This has been discussed extensively in other threads and also at length on the Discord channels of some offline leagues.  It won’t be fixed though as iGP aren’t interested in offline leagues even though they are increasing in popularity

If you get online early enough.  You can reset your tyers before a race starts.  That means that only your quali is compromised and you do not have to pit after lap 1.  I am sure that will give you some sort of even chance to do a Senna, Schumy, or Hamilton and win a wet race from somewhere near the back of the grid...
